Micheal Puleo

ISC Board Treasurer

My vision for ISC’s potential:

Mainstream social and economic paradigms are based on individualism, competition for scarce resources and control, while ecosynomic paradigms are based on collaboration, emerging abundant resources and commitment. It is our conviction that this new social- economic paradigm is emerging to address the challenges of individual, organizational, and societal transformation. Several leading organizations across the world serve as an example of just such social pioneering. I believe that the Institute for Strategic Clarity will play a significant role in the emergence of this new paradigm.

My recent professional work and key accomplishments:

I am a Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP with over 25 years of overall business and consulting experience. I am currently a leader of the Firm’s Enterprise Cost Management practice. My consulting experience is focused on helping clients address strategic, performance improvement and cost management issues and manage and implement large and complex organizational restructuring efforts. I have experience across numerous industries, including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, banking and telecommunications. I also have significant experience in bankruptcy and financial restructuring, corporate and business unit strategy, strategic planning, and performance management. I have been associated with Jim Ritchie-Dunham for 13 years, and was one of the founding board members of the Institute for Strategic Clarity. I am currently co-authoring an article with him on harmonic vibrancy as it relates to business situations. My passion is yacht racing. We have an active racing program based in Larchmont, New York and campaign our boat across the eastern seaboard. I am also on the board of the Stamford Symphony Orchestra.
