A.T. Kearney:

      • For an American major insurance company.
      • For a telecommunications monopoly, a study of the impact of informal inventory on supply chain efficiency.
      • For a leading aerospace company, a supply chain instability study. This work provided much insight into the causes of supply chain instability, which was causing significant assembly interruptions.
      • For a multinational petroleum company, a learning laboratory to communicate strong paradigm differences between the production and refining groups. This work used system dynamics modeling and multimedia to create a didactic environment in which experts from production and refining began a dialog to open their paradigms of the business to include the other group.

      • For a large mining company, an operational policy impact study. This work used system dynamics modeling to help the top management team understand the impact of different operating policies on corporate risk.
